Role 1: AV Engineer

We are a small but growing IT Support company, based in Wicklow and we are looking for a high quality support engineer who will help us drive this business forward.

Duties:        

Working as part of a team you will be required to support our Customer base on a Nationwide basis. You will be responding to service calls on a 5 over 7 day basis .Full training will be provided on equipment but past experience of television distribution equipment is highly desirable .Experience in IT would be a bonus as work may become available in this field down the line. At times you may be required to work at heights and on ladders.

Requirements:     

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience working with television distribution equipment and would be experienced in mounting of televisions and running cables in retail or other environments. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal so a “can do” attitude is required for this role, we need motivated, flexible and hard-working individuals who are willing to travel and work extra hours when required, overtime will be paid outside of normal working hours.

Additional information:

A full clean driving licence is required. Mobile phone will be supplied. Fluency in the English language is essential. Candidates must be authorised to work in the EU.

Salary details:          

Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Overtime is payable where worked.

Role 2:  IT Support Engineer

Company:

We are a small but growing IT support  company, based in Wicklow and we are looking for a high quality support engineer who will help us drive this business forward.

Duties:                                  

Working as part of a team you will be required to support our Customer base on a Nationwide basis, though the role will also require you to spend some time in our Wicklow base. Systems are based on Microsoft Small Business Servers 2000/2003 and Microsoft XP. Future upgrades are planned to Windows 7.

Requirements:                    

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience with Server and PC operating systems and hardware. Experience of knowledge of installation of AV systems would be a bonus. The positions will be based on a 5-day working week but these days will include either a Saturday or a Sunday so flexibility is required. Full training will be provided to ensure our Customers requirements can be met. Please note - Attitude will be as important as qualifications in this role as we place our Customers first at all times.

Additional information:

Transport will be provided, so a full clean driving licence is required. Fluency in the English language is essential and candidates must be authorised to work in the EU.
