Systems Administrators

As a leading IT Infrastructure Services company based in Co. Wicklow, we are looking for Systems Administrators to join our team of support specialists.

This role will involve:

  • Investigation into the commercial viability of new products
  • Consultation, either internally or for external Customers so as to provide innovative solutions to our Customers
  • Documentation and Management of Technical Processes
  • Refurbishment and testing of Servers, PCs and associated peripherals
  • Imaging of Servers and PCs

The Candidate:

If you have a Customer focused attitude, and have proven competence in any or all of:

Active Directory, Windows (Server and Desktop), Network, Security Infrastructure and ideally Microsoft Lync and/or Sharepoint, then we want to talk to you.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT systems administration / operations role.
  • MCSA / MCSE Certification desired although not necessary.
  • Windows Server / Desktop Management.
  • The ability to adhere to deadlines and work on own initiative.
  • Strong customer service focus and very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Willingness to travel Nationwide. Full drivers licence required.

IT Support Engineers

As a leading IT Infrastructure Services company based in Co. Wicklow, are looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team of support specialists.

This role will involve:

  • Working as part of a team you will be required to support our Customer base on a Nationwide basis, though the role will also require you to spend some time in our Co. Wicklow base.
  • Systems are based on Microsoft Small Business Servers 2000/2003 and Microsoft Windows 7.
  • The positions will be based on a 5-day working week but these days will include either a Saturday or a Sunday so flexibility is required.
  • Full training will be provided to ensure our Customers’ requirements can be met.
  • Please note – Attitude will be as important as qualifications in this role as we place our Customer first at all times.

The Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience with Server and PC operating systems and hardware.
  • Printer maintenance experience.
  • Experience or knowledge of installation of AV systems would be a bonus.
  • A positive, customer focused attitude and a passion for problem solving.

Remuneration:

  • Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Overtime is payable where worked.
  • Transport will be provided, so a full clean driving licence is required.
